Your Sapporo private tour starts here.
Tell us your hotel, travel dates and the places that matter most. We will discuss a practical order for the stops, confirm a suitable vehicle and provide a written quote. Start with a day in Sapporo or ask us to connect the city with Otaru, an onsen stay or the Furano and Biei countryside.
- A private vehicle and driver for your group
- Hotel pickup and a route agreed before travel
- English planning support before your trip
- Alphard and HiAce options, confirmed for your passengers and luggage
The model routes are starting points for a quote. Dates, hours, route, vehicle and baggage affect the price. Hotels, meals, admission tickets, guides and activities are included only if your written quote lists them. A driver service does not automatically include an accompanying sightseeing guide.

Sapporo day tours: choose your kind of day
Compare four private-tour ideas: classic city sights, parks and views, a winter city day, or a separate Jozankei onsen escape. Each leaves time for meals and travel. Choose the route that suits your group, then adjust the stops and service hours with us.
Sapporo day tour · City & west
The first-visit Sapporo city tour
A varied day for a first visit: a little walking in the city, the calm of Maruyama, a chocolate-themed afternoon and the ski-jump panorama. The route keeps western sights together so that you spend more time at the places you came to see.
- 09:00
Meet at your Sapporo hotel
Agree the day’s priorities and meeting arrangements before leaving. Let us know about suitcases, strollers and any difficulty with steps. This route is designed around central and western Sapporo rather than long cross-city detours.
- 09:15
Odori Park, TV Tower & a short city walk
Allow about 60–75 minutes around the eastern end of Odori Park and the Clock Tower area. Choose an exterior stroll or add a paid observatory or museum visit. Nearby sights are often easier to connect on foot than with separate vehicle stops.

Hokkaido Shrine & Maruyama
Trade the city grid for a quieter, tree-lined approach. Give the shrine about 45–60 minutes, respecting worshippers and any photography restrictions. Cherry blossom timing and autumn colours vary; the grounds are worth planning around without promising a seasonal display.

A proper Sapporo lunch
Keep around an hour for miso ramen, soup curry or another meal your group enjoys. Popular restaurants can have queues and limited seats. Tell us about allergies, vegetarian requirements and children before choosing the venue; lunch is separate unless included in the quote.
- 13:30
Shiroi Koibito Park
Allow 90–120 minutes for your chosen combination of gardens, the paid attraction and a café. Workshops have separate booking, timing and age conditions. A shopping stop is shorter than a full chocolate-making visit, so choose the experience before fixing the rest of the afternoon.

The clock tower and garden paths at Shiroi Koibito Park. - 15:45
Okurayama viewpoint or the Olympic Museum
Allow roughly 60–75 minutes for the ski-jump setting and the attraction you choose. The viewpoint uses an open chairlift; competitions, training, maintenance and weather can suspend it. The museum operates separately. Substitute a city stop when the lift is unavailable rather than treating it as guaranteed.

Return to your Sapporo hotel
Finish with time to freshen up before dinner. Confirm your actual hotel and any evening reservation in advance. If you want Mount Moiwa after dark as well, remove a daytime stop or request a longer service with a later finish.
Choose the paid attractions and workshop before fixing the schedule. If you prefer a shorter day, keep the city walk and choose two of the shrine, chocolate park and viewpoint. The model does not include both Okurayama and a Mount Moiwa night visit.
Sapporo day tour · Parks & panorama
Artful landscapes and a wide-open city view
Explore the quieter spaces beyond the city’s grid, then return for lunch and an easy central stroll. Moerenuma’s sculptural landscape and the Mount Moiwa panorama give this day a different character from the classic western route.
- 09:00
Hotel pickup in Sapporo
Choose this route when you prefer open landscapes and city views to a series of shopping stops. Moerenuma is on the northeastern side of the city, so start there and return towards central Sapporo instead of crossing back and forth.
- 09:45
Moerenuma Park & the Glass Pyramid
Set aside around 90 minutes to two hours for the sculptural landscape, broad paths and Glass Pyramid. Walking distances can be substantial. Bicycles, fountains and indoor facilities have their own seasonal schedules; snow changes the experience and may limit access to parts of the park.

Lunch in central Sapporo
Return to the centre for an unhurried meal. Choose seafood, ramen or soup curry according to your group’s preferences, not an assumption that every market restaurant suits every diet. Busy roads and restaurant queues are a reason to keep this hour flexible.
- 13:30
Odori, Tanukikoji & a little free time
Use a compact central walking section for the park, shops or a café. Agree a legal pickup point and time with the driver. Tanukikoji’s covered shopping arcade is useful in changeable weather, although reaching it still involves outdoor travel.

Mount Moiwa panorama
Reserve about 90 minutes for the ropeway, the second summit connection and the view, with extra allowance for queues. This is a daytime or late-afternoon visit in the standard model. For the night view, move the departure later or extend the service to match that date’s sunset.

Return to your hotel
The finish depends on the summit connection and agreed viewing time. Wind, cloud or maintenance may make an alternative city attraction a better choice. A night photograph shows the setting after dark, not the conditions or timing guaranteed by this daytime model.
A car is especially useful for linking an outlying park to your hotel and other sights, while a central walking section avoids unnecessary pickups. A summer night view requires a later finish than a winter night view; agree the service hours before booking.
Sapporo day tour · Winter
Snow, chocolate gardens and city lights
A winter day shaped around comfort: snowy shrine grounds when conditions allow, sweets and a warm meal, a compact city walk and the skyline at dusk. It leaves room to slow down if roads are busy or someone needs another indoor break.
- 09:30
A comfortable winter start
Meet at your Sapporo hotel after breakfast. Build in time for winter footwear and getting children settled in the vehicle. Short outdoor visits with warm breaks usually make a more enjoyable day than a long list of snowy photo stops.
- 10:00
Hokkaido Shrine in the snow season
Enjoy a short visit if the paths are suitable for your group. The grounds can be icy and snow cover is weather-dependent. Keep the walk shorter for young children or limited mobility, and choose a warm city alternative if the footing is unsuitable.

The main sanctuary and tree-lined grounds of Hokkaido Shrine. - 11:15
Shiroi Koibito Park & a warm café break
Focus on the indoor attraction or café as well as a little time in the grounds. Allow about 90 minutes; a booked workshop needs a different timetable. The photograph shows the park in the green season. Check the actual winter programme and attraction availability for your dates.

The clock tower and garden paths at Shiroi Koibito Park. - 13:00
Lunch before the afternoon views
Take a full meal break with enough time to warm up and dry gloves. Soup curry and miso ramen are popular possibilities, but restaurant opening days, dietary requirements and queues determine the practical choice. A café snack does not need to replace lunch.
- 14:30
Odori Park & covered city shopping
Take a short city-centre walk, then use Tanukikoji or a café for shelter. Seasonal illuminations and the Snow Festival run on announced dates, not throughout winter. If a specific event is essential, plan around its official dates and allow for traffic restrictions.

Mount Moiwa around dusk
Make the city lights the final highlight when visibility and ropeway operations allow. The exact time follows sunset, queues and the day’s weather. If the summit is clouded in or transport is suspended, discuss a central viewpoint or an earlier finish instead.

Back to your Sapporo hotel
Return at the agreed time with a buffer for winter traffic. Keep restaurant bookings flexible until the tour timing is confirmed. This is a winter sightseeing model; snow activities, lift tickets and event entry are separate arrangements unless specifically listed.
Photographs show facilities in different seasons. Snow cover, illuminations and a clear summit view are not guaranteed. The Snow Festival is a specific annual event, so use its current official schedule rather than assuming the sculptures are present whenever you visit.
Sapporo day tour · Valley & onsen
A slower day in Jozankei’s hot-spring valley
Trade the city streets for the Toyohira River valley, a relaxed lunch and time at an onsen. This is a day devoted to Jozankei, rather than an extra stop after the full western-city route. The final walks and bathing venue depend on the season, access and the booking you choose.
- 09:00
Leave your Sapporo hotel
Meet after breakfast and allow roughly 1–1½ hours for the drive before stops, longer in snow or traffic. Confirm bags and the return time. Jozankei is within Sapporo’s city limits but is separate from the compact downtown sightseeing area.
- 10:30
Jozankei village & a short permitted walk
Take around 30–45 minutes for village scenery and the Gensen Park area when accessible. Use a footbath only where open and follow its posted rules. Choose short, safe paths; seasonal closures and works may require a different walking route.

A proper lunch in the onsen town
Keep 60–90 minutes for lunch at a venue whose opening and availability are confirmed. Some inn meal plans require advance booking. Tell the restaurant about allergies and children; food is separate unless listed in your quote.
- 13:00
A reserved day-use bath or a relaxed indoor break
Allow roughly two hours for your chosen bathing plan, changing and rest. Confirm day-visitor admission, reservations, towels, age and accessibility conditions directly with the venue. A private bath or a hotel’s guest-only facility is not automatically included. A café and village time can replace bathing.

Return towards Sapporo
Leave room for the return drive and winter road conditions. If staying in Jozankei instead, finish at your inn in time for check-in and its dinner deadline. That is a different finish point and must be agreed before travel.
- 16:30–17:00
Finish at your Sapporo hotel
Return around late afternoon without automatically adding a Mount Moiwa night visit. A later finish, airport connection or extra sightseeing needs a revised schedule and quote.
Check Jozankei’s current notices. Futami Park has construction and access restrictions during the 2026–27 works; use signed permitted routes and do not assume the suspension-bridge walk is available in winter. Bathing fees and meals are separate from transport unless stated otherwise.

Private vehicle, walking or public transport?
A vehicle is useful when you want to connect outlying places, carry luggage, travel with children or reduce repeated station changes. Odori, the Clock Tower, Nijo Market and Tanukikoji can also make a rewarding independent walking day. If your whole plan stays in that compact area, a car is not essential. Subway and tram connections are worth comparing before choosing your service.
Tell us whether you want driver-only transport or an accompanying guide. English trip planning does not automatically mean that a guide will walk through every attraction with you. We will confirm the service, communication arrangements and any guide request before you book.

Choose a duration, then adjust the actual service days, overnight bases, meal plans and finish point with us. Free time without a driver can also be part of your trip.
2 days / 1 night · Sapporo return
Sapporo highlights and an Otaru day
A compact first visit with one night in Sapporo. Spend the first day understanding the city, then give Otaru its own day instead of squeezing it after a full Sapporo tour. Start and finish times follow your actual hotel and the attractions you choose.
Day 01
Sapporo: city landmarks & the western sights
Meet around 09:00, take a short Odori and Clock Tower walk, then choose Hokkaido Shrine, Shiroi Koibito Park or Okurayama. Keep a full lunch break and one flexible final stop. A night-view visit is an alternative evening arrangement, not something automatically added after every daytime attraction.

Day 02
Sapporo → Otaru → Sapporo
Allow roughly 60–90 minutes each way as a planning buffer, with longer in snow or traffic. Walk the canal, browse the Sakaimachi area and leave time for lunch. Choose glass, music-box shops or a viewpoint rather than trying to cover them all. Return to Sapporo in the late afternoon or evening.

For an airport finish on Day 2, provide the flight time before confirming the route. A fixed check-in deadline may require shortening Otaru. Luggage and the required vehicle space must be included in the request.
3 days / 2 nights · City, coast & onsen
Sapporo, Otaru and a quieter Jozankei night
Combine the city with a coastal day and a night in the hot-spring valley. This model changes hotels once, so it needs a clear luggage plan and a Jozankei dinner deadline. It works best when the overnight stay is part of the experience rather than simply another distant stop.
Day 01
An unhurried Sapporo city day
Choose the classic route or the parks-and-views route. Give the main paid attraction enough time and avoid repeating the same viewpoint in both the afternoon and evening. Finish in Sapporo with time for dinner independently. Restaurant reservations, guiding and admission arrangements are confirmed separately.

Day 02
Sapporo → Otaru → Jozankei
Visit Otaru’s canal and shopping streets before or after lunch, then continue to Jozankei with a generous road buffer. The usual route and best departure depend on weather and traffic; do not assume a scenic mountain shortcut is open. Reach your inn before its dinner check-in deadline.

Day 03
Jozankei → a relaxed Sapporo finish
Enjoy breakfast and a short permitted riverside walk if conditions suit, then return towards Sapporo. Allow around 1–1½ hours for the valley-to-city drive before sightseeing stops, with extra winter margin. Add a café or one missed city attraction, or finish early and spend the afternoon independently.
Finish: Sapporo; airport finish requires a separate timing plan
Check Jozankei’s current notices. Futami Park has construction and access restrictions during the 2026–27 works; use signed permitted routes and do not assume the suspension-bridge walk is available in winter. Bathing fees and meals are separate from transport unless stated otherwise.
Ryokan dinner plans, bathing access and room suitability vary. Hotel costs and overnight driver arrangements must be clear in the quote. Check Jozankei’s official visitor information for seasonal walks and current road or facility notices.
4 days / 3 nights · City & countryside
Sapporo, Otaru, Furano and Biei with room to breathe
A green-season model for travellers who want Sapporo’s city life as well as the flower country. Keep Otaru separate, then stay in Furano so the Biei day does not begin with another long drive from Sapporo. In winter, rebuild the countryside section around confirmed snow-season stops.
Day 01
Sapporo at your own pace
Arrive with enough usable sightseeing time, or start from your Sapporo hotel after breakfast. Choose a central walk and one western attraction. If your flight reaches New Chitose later in the day, treat this as an arrival and short city evening rather than promising a full day of touring.

Day 02
Otaru without a rushed turnaround
Travel from Sapporo for the canal, lunch and one or two interests in the Sakaimachi district. Discuss a viewpoint only if the weather, operating schedule and return time fit. Return to the same Sapporo hotel, leaving most luggage settled where possible.

Day 03
Sapporo → Nakafurano → Furano
Leave around 08:00 and allow roughly 2½–3½ hours to the Furano area before sightseeing in normal green-season conditions. Choose Farm Tomita when the flowers suit your dates, lunch and one additional Furano stop. July queues or snow require more time, so keep the afternoon flexible.

Day 04
Furano → Biei → Sapporo
Choose a manageable combination of the Biei hills, Shikisai-no-oka, Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls. These are separate sightseeing clusters, so keep proper meal and driving time. Leave Biei early enough for an agreed Sapporo return, rather than relying on the fastest navigation estimate.

Flower displays are seasonal and Blue Pond can be covered by winter snow. For a snow-season version, discuss permitted access to Biei’s Christmas Tree and a Furano forest-shopping stop, reducing the overall list. An airport departure on Day 4 needs a different route and a substantial check-in buffer.
Choose the places that interest you
Six Sapporo sightseeing spots, including Jozankei
Mix a central landmark with a contrasting experience rather than collecting every attraction in one day. The best choices depend on walking preferences, children’s ages, weather and how much time you want to spend inside each venue.

The city’s familiar starting point
Odori Park & Sapporo TV Tower
Begin with an easy walk at the eastern end of the park and a view of the TV Tower. Around 45–75 minutes suits a short park visit and photographs; allow more for a paid observation deck. The park is long, so you do not need to walk all of it. The Clock Tower and Nijo Market can extend a compact central route.
Official visitor information ↗
Maruyama · A quieter side of Sapporo
Hokkaido Shrine
A tree-lined approach and the sanctuary make a gentle change from city streets. Plan 45–60 minutes rather than a hurried vehicle-side photograph. Respect worshippers, ceremonies and posted rules. The approach still involves walking, with icy surfaces possible in winter; tell us about mobility needs before choosing it.
Official visitor information ↗
Chocolate, gardens & family time
Shiroi Koibito Park
Choose between a short garden-and-shop stop and a longer paid visit. A 90–120-minute allowance suits many sightseeing plans; workshops need their own reservation and extra time. Check age conditions, admission options and the final entry time for the experience you want. It is a themed attraction, not simply a shop to fit into any spare ten minutes.
Official visitor information ↗
Art and nature on a larger scale
Moerenuma Park
The Glass Pyramid is the recognisable landmark, but the open landscape is part of the attraction. Allow at least 90 minutes if you want to explore beyond a single photo stop. Long paths, exposed weather and changing seasonal facilities matter more than a map pin suggests. A visit can be adjusted for snow or rain, but rental equipment and indoor opening are separate checks.
Official visitor information ↗
A panorama that changes with the light
Mount Moiwa
Compare a daytime panorama with a separate sunset or evening visit. The route to the summit involves the ropeway and another connection, so allow around 90 minutes plus queue margin. Cloud, wind and maintenance can affect the visit. A clear night view cannot be promised, and a summer sunset needs later service hours than a midwinter one.
Official visitor information ↗
Sapporo’s hot-spring valley
Jozankei Onsen
Around an hour’s drive from central Sapporo, Jozankei offers river-valley scenery, an onsen village and inns for a slower stay. Give it a separate half or full day, or an overnight stop, instead of treating it as a quick detour between downtown attractions. In winter, favour short safe walks and warm indoor time. Autumn colours and spring carp streamers are seasonal.
Check the official access and construction notices, particularly around Futami Park. Day-use bathing has its own hours, fees and reservation rules; a private vehicle does not provide automatic entry to a hotel bath.
Jozankei official visitor information ↗Another viewpoint to consider
Okurayama or Mount Moiwa?
Okurayama combines the ski-jump setting with an open chairlift and a separately operated Olympic Museum. Mount Moiwa is a different summit journey. Choose one for a shorter day, and check competitions, weather and operating notices before fixing either visit.

For a Jozankei inn, give the full property name and address; select Others if your destination is not listed. The valley is a different destination from central Sapporo and needs its own timing and quote. For sightseeing, use the private-tour form near the top of this page. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
A valley ryokan first, then a city base
Where to stay: two Jozankei inns and five Sapporo hotels
Start with two well-known Jozankei onsen inns, followed by the five city hotels. Choose Jozankei for an evening built around the inn’s meals and baths; choose central Sapporo for railway connections, shopping and independent dining. They involve different pickup locations, road time and dinner deadlines.
Price levels below are relative categories, not live nightly rates or HokkaVia hotel prices. Standard rooms, premium floors, family arrangements and seasonal dates overlap in price. Compare the same dates, occupancy, room type, meals, taxes and cancellation conditions on each official booking site. Snow Festival and other busy dates can be substantially more expensive.

Jozankei Daiichi Hotel Suizantei
Price level: Upper-mid-range to luxury; room and meal plan dependent
Compare this established inn when a traditional onsen stay is central to the trip. The official site lists several bathing settings and room categories, including bath-equipped options. Choose the actual room and dinner plan rather than assuming every reservation has the same bath, view or inclusions.
Confirm private-bath arrangements, children’s eligibility, stairs or mobility needs and dinner timing directly. The exterior photograph identifies the property; use the hotel’s current room images and live total before booking. Accommodation and meals are separate from the vehicle quote unless explicitly included.

Nukumori no Yado Furukawa
Price level: Upper-mid-range to upscale; room and meal plan dependent
A Japanese-style inn to compare for a slower night in the valley, with hot-spring bathing and several room and meal options. Its official site distinguishes public baths, private-use facilities and special room plans. An overnight stay allows time for dinner and bathing without a same-day city return.
Check which facilities are included in your plan and any separate fees, reservations or age conditions. Day-use admission does not necessarily include facilities reserved for staying guests. Confirm the room, meals, taxes and cancellation terms directly; the exterior photograph does not show the room you will receive.

JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo
Price level: Premium city hotel
A strong location to compare if arriving by train or continuing around Hokkaido. The hotel is in JR Tower above the station complex, with high-floor accommodation and a spa offering. This puts transport, shopping and restaurants close at hand without making every attraction a short walk.
Check the exact room category, bed configuration, breakfast and spa access conditions. A high-floor hotel does not mean every booked room has the same view. Confirm the hotel’s pickup entrance before travel, especially with large suitcases.

Sapporo Grand Hotel
Price level: Upscale · Wide range of room categories
A central, long-established hotel with several room categories and dining options. It is useful to compare when you want to walk between the station area and Odori while using a vehicle for outlying sights. The connected underground pedestrian route can help in poor weather.
Compare the actual wing, room size and number of beds rather than treating the hotel name as a single room product. Ask about the practical route from the underground walkway with a stroller, wheelchair or several bags.

Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo
Price level: Upscale · Family and premium options
A city hotel to compare for a station-side base, with a range of room types and both buffet and Japanese breakfast options. Premium floors and lounge-inclusive plans are distinct from standard rooms, so it can suit different priorities within the same property.
Match the room to the real party size, including children and extra beds. Lounge access and breakfast depend on the plan. Confirm facility access, operating days and any additional charges directly rather than assuming every listed amenity is included.

Hotel Monterey Edelhof Sapporo
Price level: Upper-mid-range to upscale
A European-inspired city hotel with a natural hot-spring spa and several accommodation categories. It is worth comparing when you want central sightseeing and a bathing option after the day’s touring, while keeping the station and Odori areas within the same general city base.
Important date check: the hotel has announced a complete closure from 31 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 for electrical work, with reopening scheduled for 4 January. Check the dated official notice before considering a New Year stay. Spa conditions and the booked room category also need confirmation.

Sapporo Prince Hotel
Price level: Upper-mid-range to premium, depending on plan
The cylindrical tower offers a different base from the station hotels, with city-view room options, restaurants and an open-air hot-spring facility. Compare it when western city sights and a hotel bathing option matter more than being directly at the railway station.
Room renovations and categories vary, and club benefits depend on the booked plan. Check bath admission, children’s conditions, meals and the exact room type. The exterior photograph identifies the property; it does not show the room or view you will receive.

Sapporo city tour FAQ
Can I book a private Sapporo city tour with HokkaVia?
Yes, send your dates, pickup hotel, group size, luggage and the places you would like to visit. HokkaVia will discuss the route, vehicle availability and a written quote. The example schedules are flexible planning models, not fixed departures. Your reservation is confirmed only after the agreed booking steps, not when the enquiry form is sent.
Is a private driver necessary for sightseeing in Sapporo?
Not for every itinerary. Odori, the Clock Tower, Nijo Market and Tanukikoji can be combined on foot, with public transport for other places. A vehicle becomes more useful for outlying attractions, luggage, family groups and a route that connects several areas. Compare the actual stops and walking needs before choosing a full-day service.
Does the tour include an English-speaking guide?
English planning support before travel is available, but driver transport and an accompanying sightseeing guide are different services. If you want guided explanations or someone to walk through attractions with you, request that explicitly. We will confirm the driver communication arrangements, guide availability and any additional cost before the booking is agreed.
Which day-tour route is best for a first visit?
The classic city-and-west route combines a central walk, shrine, chocolate park and the Okurayama setting. The parks-and-views route gives more time to Moerenuma and Mount Moiwa. In winter, choose shorter walks and warm breaks. You can remove stops or focus on one main attraction; the whole list does not need to fit your day.
Can we see Mount Moiwa at night?
Ask for a service timed around your travel date’s sunset. A summer evening needs a much later finish than a winter evening, and queues can add time. Ropeway operations, wind and cloud determine whether the summit visit is worthwhile. A night-view request may require removing a daytime stop or agreeing extra service hours.
Are Shiroi Koibito Park workshops and lift tickets included?
Only inclusions stated in your written quote are included. Paid attraction entry, workshops, observatories, ropeway or chairlift tickets and meals should be checked separately. Workshops may have booking deadlines and age conditions. Tell us which experiences matter before agreeing the route so the timetable matches the ticket or reservation time.
Will the winter route include the Snow Festival or illuminations?
Only when your dates overlap the event’s announced schedule and the access arrangements suit the route. Snow Festival sculptures and seasonal lighting are not present throughout winter. Snow cover is also weather-dependent. Check the official event calendar before booking dates around an event, and allow for road restrictions and busy hotel periods.
Can we combine Sapporo and Otaru in one day?
A shortened combination can be discussed, but it needs fewer Sapporo stops and a clear priority. Otaru deserves time for walking, lunch and traffic in both directions. The two-day model separates the experiences for a more relaxed visit. Do not add a full Otaru programme after the complete city-and-west itinerary.
What happens if a viewpoint is closed or the weather is poor?
Check dated operating notices before departure and keep a practical alternative. Okurayama’s lift can stop for competitions or training; Mount Moiwa can be affected by weather or maintenance. The museum, shops or a central attraction may suit the day better. The final alternative and any cost implications should be discussed rather than assumed.
Can children, older travellers or wheelchair users join?
Tell us ages, child-seat needs and specific mobility requirements before booking. A vehicle can reduce transfers, but it does not remove walking, ice, slopes or venue access conditions. Vehicle entry, wheelchair transport, assistance and attraction suitability must be confirmed for the actual group. A shorter route with fewer outdoor stops is often easier to plan.
Can we bring luggage or finish at New Chitose Airport?
Provide the number and sizes of suitcases, strollers and other large items so a suitable vehicle can be confirmed. An airport finish changes the route and requires a substantial flight check-in and road buffer. Give the flight details before agreeing sightseeing stops; the hotel-return schedules are not automatically airport-departure plans.
How much does a Sapporo private tour cost?
The quote depends on the date, service hours, route, vehicle and group requirements. Ask for the inclusions and any extra-hour, parking, road or overnight driver charges to be clear. Hotel price categories on this page are separate from touring costs. A per-person walking-tour price is not directly comparable with a private vehicle quote for a whole group.
Should we book hotels through the tour enquiry?
Use the hotel shortlist to compare location, rooms and official plans. Tell us your intended overnight bases because they affect driving and dinner timing. Rooms, meals and accommodation costs are separate unless the written quote explicitly includes them. Check dated closure or renovation notices, especially around the New Year period.
Which contact form should I use?
Use the upper private-tour form for sightseeing in Sapporo or Jozankei. Use the lower transfer form for a one-way or round-trip New Chitose Airport journey, adding the exact hotel and flight. Choose the form that matches your request and send it once; an enquiry does not confirm a reservation.
Can we visit Jozankei on a day trip from Sapporo?
Yes, a separate Jozankei day can be discussed. Allow roughly 1–1½ hours each way before stops and more time in snow or traffic. Choose the walk and any day-use bath around official access notices and the venue’s rules. Overnight inn stays, meals and bathing are separate arrangements unless included in the written quote.
